Finish carpentry including casework, cabinetry, doors, door hardware, windows, and doors.
This position operates in a commercial construction environment.
_ This is a rotational opportunity located at the Big Lake headquarters.
Housing and transportation provided.
_ Essential Duties and Responsibilities Studies blueprints, sketches, or building plans for information pertaining to type of material required, such as lumber or sheathing, and dimensions of structure or fixture to be fabricated.
Selects specified type of lumber or other materials.
Prepares layout.
Marks cutting and assembly lines on materials.
Shapes materials to prescribed measurements.
Frame walls, roofs or floors using provided shop drawings.
Erects framework for structures and lays subflooring.
Builds stairs and lays out and installs partitions and cabinet work.
Applies shock-absorbing, sound-deadening, and decorative paneling to ceilings and walls.
Fits and installs window frames, doors, doorframes, weather stripping, interior and exterior trim, and finish hardware, such as locks, letter drops, and kick plates.

Immediately report all Incidents/Accidents, no matter how small, to their Supervisor.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Other duties that are pertinent to the department or unit's success also may be assigned.
Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent or ten (10) years carpentry experience will be considered.
Minimum three (3) years carpentry experience.
Driver's License and an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years to be eligible under company vehicle insurance policy preferred.
